Description
On the initial page, the category "Natural Environment" is the default category. Change the way we display that it is selected. Instead of using a yellow background, use only the yellow frame.
But if the user clicks on it or on any category use the yellow background.
Note: Lynn wants to make a difference between a selection made by the system and the selection made by the user.
