Andrea, I implemented tis behaviour in other way as we discussed.
I added help icons for missions as well as tooltips.

It works perfectly. Change the text used in the tooltips. In all the missions the text should be: "hear this mission"
Place the question marks at the end of each mission. If it is possible after the period. So we don´t cover the mission instruction.
